Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled visit.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled visit will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also incur the same fee as a late cancellation.
